Tour Participation Terms & Waiver

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms apply to all persons (the "Participants") who join the travel guiding and experience programs (the "Tour") planned and operated by Young Life Proposal Co., Ltd. (the "Organizer").

Article 2 (Points for Participants to Note)

  1. Participants take part in the Tour understanding that it involves inherent risks, such as injury, illness, or the loss of or damage to belongings, arising from unforeseen causes such as changes in weather or contact with wildlife.

  2. Participants shall pay attention to their physical condition during the Tour and promptly inform the accompanying guide or the tour conductor if they feel unwell.

Article 3 (Compliance with Instructions)

  1. To ensure the safe and smooth operation of the Tour, Participants shall follow the instructions of the Organizer and the rules of the facilities used.

  2. If a Participant repeatedly acts in violation of the preceding paragraph, or for other reasons attributable to the Participant the Organizer determines that safe and smooth operation of the Tour is impossible, the Organizer may suspend the Tour or refuse the Participant's participation. In such cases, no refund of the participation fee will be made.

Article 4 (Organizer's Disclaimer)

The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage suffered by a Participant due to the following causes, unless caused by the Organizer's willful misconduct or gross negligence:

(1) Accidents due to natural disasters, deteriorating weather, or force majeure;

(2) The Participant's own carelessness, poor physical condition, or violation of these Terms or the guide's instructions;

(3) Trouble arising between the Participant and other participants or third parties;

(4) Accidents occurring during free-time activities.
